Anne-Sophie (Sophie) Gerald
Anne-Sophie (Sophie) Gerald (she/her) is a case manager with Health and Wellness, and comes to this role with previous experience as a student success advisor at Berklee. She holds an M.A. in school and guidance counseling for K–12 from New York University. Previously, she worked as a community health worker with Mass General Brigham within a pediatric care management team. She also lived in Central America and the Caribbean working with several educational nonprofits and humanitarian aid organizations in Guatemala, Haiti, and the Dominican Republic. These experiences have allowed her to cultivate a practice of recognizing and reflecting upon our many identities, how they manifest, and how they impact our work and relationship to others. Gerald was raised speaking German and French, and is fluent in Spanish. She enjoys learning new languages, singing in a community choir, and spending time outdoors.
