Cathy Pham (she/her) joined the Student Success Advising team in September 2024. With a Bachelor of Arts in psychology from Western New England University and a Master of Education in student affairs administration from Springfield College, Pham approaches her work with students through a caring and equitable lens. She is dedicated to ensuring that students receive holistic support as they strive to achieve their goals both inside and outside the classroom. For Pham, being a reliable resource for students from all backgrounds and journeys is immensely rewarding, and she is excited to contribute to the Berklee student community through advising.

Outside of Berklee, you can find Pham exploring new restaurants, going for walks, and spending quality time with her loved ones.
