Rachel Mesa
Rachel Mesa (she/her) is a graduate intern with Berklee’s Student Wellness Promotion and Services. As an intern she leads campus educational programming and outreach initiatives. She is currently pursuing a Master’s in Social Work at Boston College, with intentions of continuing her passion for mental health as a clinical therapist.
Rachel was born and raised in New Jersey, where she received her B.A. in psychology from Rutgers University. Moved by her passion for self-actualization, she is committed to helping struggling students discover their drive in life, while ensuring that they are exercising self-care when needed. When she is not guiding others on their wellness journey, she enjoys playing the guitar, indulging in corny sitcoms, and rereading the Percy Jackson series. An avid music listener, Rachel can be found with clunky headphones on, blasting Ariana Grande, Lorde, or Phoebe Bridgers into her ears, mindful of decibels levels, of course.
