Leaders in Engagement and Philanthropy (LEAP) aims to foster a well-rounded, engaged, and philanthropic student body. Through education, community involvement, enhanced alumni connections, leadership development, and support for student-led initiatives, we hope to build a sustainable culture of giving that benefits the entire Berklee community, now and in the future.

Our mission is to advance the university through programs that enhance the student experience, promote student-alumni interaction, establish a spirit of loyalty to the university, and cultivate relationships among students—past, present, and future.
