Semester Check-In Information: Spring 2026

Check-in is the process of officially becoming a student for the semester. All students must check in prior to the deadline in order to confirm their enrollment for the semester and cannot attend class until they are checked in.

Before you can check in, you must clear your restrictions, which may include tasks like paying your bill, submitting proof of your immunizations, or finalizing visa documentation and other ISS requirements. Review the information below for details about how to view and resolve your restrictions.

After you clear your restrictions, go to my.berklee.edu and click on “Check-In” under “My Profile.” You will see a message confirming that you have checked in (note that there is no “Submit” button). View instructions.

Spring 2026 check-in runs from Friday, January 9, at 9:00 a.m. to Friday, January 16, at 11:59 p.m. ET. No students will be allowed to check in after the deadline.

What Happens if You Don’t Check in by the Deadline

Until you check in, you are not considered an enrolled student and cannot attend classes.

  • If you do not check in by the January 16 deadline, the college will assume you are not attending the semester and will cancel your schedule. No students will be allowed to check in after the deadline and will need to plan for a future semester.
